JOB REQUIREMENTS • Minimum of SCCE. • Minimum of 1 -2 years’ experience in the same/similar capacity is required; • Verifiable track record of being trustworthy; • Ability to work successfully in a cross-cultural, team-based environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Clean office by sweeping, mopping, and/or scrubbing • Gather and empty trashes • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors • Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment • Provide routine clerical/administrative support where necessary • Perform office supply routine inspection and maintenance activities • Carry out inventories and procurement for office consumables • Carry out inventories and procurement for office items during projects • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs • Maintenance of the office and reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job.
JOB REQUIREMENTS • Minimum of secondary education • Valid Driver’s license. 3 years’ work experience as a driver • Positive attitude and professional demeanour • Demonstrates excellent knowledge of driving rules and regulations and skills in minor vehicle repair • Demonstrates excellent knowledge of protocol and security issues (for Drivers) • knowledge of driving rules and regulations and skills in minor vehicle repairs • Experience working in Abuja • Fluency in spoken English • Fluency in Hausa is an added advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES • Provision of reliable and secure driving services • Ensures proper use of vehicle • Ensures proper day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle • Availability of documents /supplies • Ensures provision of reliable and secure driving services by driving office vehicle for the transport of authorised personnel and delivery and collection of mail, documents and other items • Ensures cost-savings through proper use of vehicles, accurate maintenance of daily vehicle logs, provision of inputs for preparation of the vehicle maintenance plans and reports. • Ensures availability of all the required documents/supplies including vehicle insurance, vehicle logs, office directory, map of the city/country, first aid kit, necessary spare parts • Assist passengers when needed • Complete daily maintenance checks on delivery van and notify manager of any issues.
