If the NYIF portal says” Sorry the supplied names does not match the name associated with your bvn”, we certify that this report is correct. Just now, we experimented with a young lady’s account whose real name is “Prisca”. Bankers made a mistake while registering her BVN.
Instead of “Prisca”, they wrote “Praise”. We tried registering her with “Prisca”, the error message showed up, but when we switched to the wrong name “Praise”, it was submitted. This is because it tallies with the BVN info. Kindly confirm the information on your BVN and reapply.
It could be different from what your bank details carry. Go for proper verification. Don’t try to correct it now either as that might take a long time to reflect.
