Portchester House has rooms for short-term student accommodation in the heart of London. Our semester stays start from 35 weeks with flexible move in dates. Our location in Elephant and Castle offers you close access to the Northern and Bakerloo lines. Situated in TfL Zones 1 and 2, the station is a only 3 minute walk from your building.

Safe & Secure – COVID-19
Our Relationship Management team continue to be based onsite at Portchester House reception. Each room has an intercom allowing you to speak with our management team; our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm and we have a 24/7 security team available on +44 (0) 7702 569 217 should you need us out of hours.
