The BluLever Plumbing Apprenticeship Programme is a 3-year professional qualification. It is a fully accredited plumbing occupational certificate which is equivalent to NQF 4 and is a higher certificate.
If you meet the below minimum entry requirements you are eligible for this opportunity:
· Aged between 18 and 30
· Residing in Gauteng
· Vaccinated (one dose accepted).
· Grade 11 pass
· Grade 11 (pure or technical maths) or N2 tertiary maths pass
· Grade 11 pure or technical mathematics (≥40%), OR
· Grade 11 pure or technical mathematics (≥40%), OR
· N2 Engineering math subject (≥40%), OR
· N2 Science subject (≥40%), OR
· N2 Building Drawings subject (≥40%)
It’s important that you know which funding option you will select before you begin your application. These are the plumbing tuition fee funding options:
· Option 1 – 100% Self-funded
· Option 2 – 100% ISA (Income Share Agreement to fund your apprenticeship through BluLever’s partner WaFunda.)
· Option 3 – 50% Self-funded and 50% Bursary
· Option 4 – 50% ISA and 50% Bursary
· Option 5 – 50% ISA and 50% Self-funded
Recipients of the Future Artisan Bursary need to meet the following requirements:
· The recipient needs to be a South African citizen as evidenced by their ID.
· The recipient needs to pass the financial means test.
