- Older Persons and Disability related grants visit your nearest SAPO branch on Mondays and Tuesdays to exchange the card
- Child Support Grants and all other grants visit your nearest SAPO branch Wednesdays to Saturdays
- Bring a copy of your ID and the expiring SASSA/SAPO gold card
SASSA is the South Africa Social Security Agency. Sassa’s role is to administer social grants to categories of people who are “vulnerable to poverty and in need of state support” in order to improve these people’s standard of living.
