The Bloemfontein Office has a vacancy of an Administration Clerk.

Purpose
Monitor that all equipment and assets are in working order and provide the necessary administrative support services to CCMA staff to enable them to achieve their objectives.

Key Performance Areas: –
• Stock management
• Office management
• Access control
• Building Maintenance

Key Requirements:
• Grade 12 and 1-year Administration Certificate
• 1 year’s administration experience in an Office or Administration environment and handyman experience

Purpose
– To provide driving services to the Regional Office, to collect and deliver documentation or goods to the Region or parties in order to support the effective functioning of the Regional Office.
– Receive and sort mail and/or packages, logging the necessary information associated with it.
– Distribute and collect newspapers on a daily basis and perform other general office duties as assigned.

• 2 years’ experience in corporate driving and general administration

 The Office of the Director has a vacancy for a Professional Assistant to the Director at our National Office.

Purpose: To provide effective and efficient administrative and professional support to the Director.

Key Performance Areas:
• Conduct Internet and other Research, writing first drafts and producing computer graphics.
• Review and summarise miscellaneous reports and documents and prepare background documents is necessary.
• Support the Director to keep the Governing Body informed about meetings between the Director and Governing Body Members, by ensuring that meetings are properly arranged and services. This will include drafting agendas, collating papers and reports, taking minutes and follow up actions.
• Carry out all duties with complete discretion and high regard for confidentiality
In terms of attributes:
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and cultures, strong relationship-building skills, and service-oriented attitude;
