CodeHack Training for Young Girls in Kenya – Covid-19 Edition
Are you a young Kenyan woman between the age of 17 and 28 years? Do you want to learn how to code & come up with solutions to development challenges?
UNESCO in partnership with UNDP and Kenya National Commission for UNESCO (KNATCOM) will support Pwani Teknowgalz to conduct a Codehack Training for Young Girls in Kenya during the COVID-19 pandemic.
ELIGIBILITY
The training program aims at equipping 100 young women aged 17 to 28 years with employable digital technology skills in Mobile application development in Kenya to assist them to address pressing challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic in Kenya.
This activity will be implemented under UNESCO’s Youth Mobile Programme and aligned with SDGs on Gender Equality, Education, Health, Access to Information, and Zero Hunger.
