Responsibility:
– Provide business support, including procedural documentation
– Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
– Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
– Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
– Interact with clients
– Help to set up systems
– Troubleshoot system and network problems
– Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, etc.
Requirements:
– B.Sc., B.Tech. or HND in Computer Science or other related fields
– Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division or Upper Credit
– 24 to 30 years of age
– Minimum of 1-year work experience
