Excluded Workers Fund (EWF) applications are now being accepted .When New York became the epicenter of this pandemic, countless workers lost their job and have struggled to make ends meet.

Our immigrant communities are an essential part of our economy and many of them are not eligible for unemployment or any other federal assistance. This funding provides the emergency support every New Yorker should have access to.

A one-time payment available to workers who lost income during the COVID-is pandemic and who are not eligible for Unemployment Insurance (UI) due to immigration status or other factors.

Individuals must currently live in NYS and must have lived here before March 27, 2020 to be eligible
