As we may know,Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMARD) is utilizing Npower beneficiaries to enumerate data,seed and fertilizers to about 2 million farmers in Nigeria. This is enumeration job will serve as a source of income for those interested and applications were rolled out and still ongoing.

You will be sent a message via your email after registration. Those who registered will have to take an enumeration training online –

and those who have taken the enumeration training online have been invited to take an online 15 minutes test which link will be opened only but once.

To take the Test –

You must have a good internet connection
Ready and not interrupted
Have read all training materials thoroughly and completed at least one survey

HOW TO BECOME AN ENUMERATOR

First step – Watch this youtube video or follow the details steps below

Get your android phone with internet connection ready

Visit google playstore and search for ODK COLLECT or click here

Download and install app.

Open the app and allow access to media

Click on the menu option(top right corner)

You will find CHANGE CONFIGURATION

Select general settings
Select server
Change URL to http://test.data.fmardpace.ng
Username – test
Password -test

Next is to setup your navigation preferences

This is to make sure you can move through the survey in an easy and consistent way

Tap on the menu icon
select general settings
select user interface
select user navigation
select use swipes and buttons

SETTING UP USER PROFILE

You need to ensure that all information entered here are correct as this will be attached to every survey you submit.If information is wrong,you may not get paid for the survey you complete.

Tap Menu icon
Select general settings
select user and device identity
Select form metadata
Enter username eg Agent 1
Enter phone number
Enter email address

CHANGES TO HOW SERVICE AND FORMS ARE MANAGED

Cick on Menu
select general settings
select form management
set periodic updates to every hour
Turn on automatic download
turn on auto send for form submission (wifi or cellular)
turn off high resolution video
enable show guidance for questions
set image to medium

PREFERENCES RELATED TO MAPPING

Tap on menu icon
select general settings
select maps
set google map style to satelite

PAYMENT

Payment are made for every VALID survey we receive from each person.The important word is “valid”,please make sure you capture every information correctly,do not make assumptions as we will be verifying with the farmer.After we have validated the datat which should be between 7-10 days after submission,we will provide a weekly view on hwo many of your serbvices have been validated and pay you for same.

It is important you dont capture eroneus information,which will require you to give an update or we may reject it.

START DATE

Activities are to kickoff on Monday the 25th of may 2020. By this time you would have already completed your registration training and pass your test and receive further instructuons from our team on where you will be working and whom you will be working with. Subsequently you will be assigned to a local govt and connect with the cordinator for the activity of that local govt.
