HESFB List of Successful Candidates To be Released Tomorrow

HESFB News – The Higher Education Students’ Financing Board (HESFB) will tomorrow release a list of successful student loan beneficiaries for the current academic year at the Uganda Media Centre in Kampala. This was revealed by HESFB executive director Michael Wanyama during the swearing-in of the second governance board at Hotel Africana in Kampala last week.

He said the absence of a governance board had delayed the release of the 9th cohort of Students’ Loan Beneficiaries following the expiry of the first board in April.

One of the key priorities of the new board is to approve the list of successful loan scheme applicants as provided for in the Higher Education Students’ Financing Act 2014,” he said.
