CONGRATULATIONS TO THE STUDENTS WHO ARE TAKING THE PRIMARY EDUCATION FINAL EXAMINATION, 2023
Minister of State, Office of the President Regional Administrations and Local Governments Hon. Mohamed O. Mchengerwa has wished all the seventh-grade students who are taking the final exam from 13 – 14 September 2023.
In those greetings Hon. Mchengerwa has said that the seventh grade students who will take the exam to finish Primary Education in 2023 in Mainland Tanzania come from 18,320 Government and Private Primary Schools.
He added that in this Exam, the total number of registered candidates is 1,397,370, of which 654,652 boys are equal to 46.85 percent and girls are 742,718 equal to 53.15 percent.
“Of the 1,397,370 candidates registered to take the exam in 2023, 1,334,269 candidates will take the exam in the Kiswahili language and 63,101 candidates will take the exam in the English language they have been using in learning.
In addition, candidates with special needs registered to take the exam are 4,583, among them 101 are blind, 1,321 are visually impaired, 1,125 are deaf, 549 are mentally disabled and 1,487 are physically disabled,” he said.
Minister Mchengerwa has asked all candidates to take the exam to comply with the Examination Regulations and he does not expect to see any student engaging in fraudulent activities.
