PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION RECRUITMENT OF FELLOWS FOR THE SECOND COHORT UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE EMERGING LEADERS FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMME COMMENCING MARCH 2023
The deadline for the application of the public service emerging leaders, Cohort II, has been extended to 24th January 2022.The Public Service Commission, in collaboration with Emerging Public Leaders. USA and Emerging Leaders Foundation. Africa, Kenya Invites applications from suitably qualified public officers, for a one-year leadership fellowship programme.
The programme alms to develop young public officers Into effective leaders through a variety of approaches Including residential training, experiential learning, coaching, mentorship, job shadowing, conferences and assignments, among others. PSC and Its collaborating partners will cater for all the expenses related to this programme.
For appointment as a Public Service Fellow, the applicant must have served as a full time employee of the Government serving In any State Department or the Judicial Service Commission for less than three (3) years on permanent and pensionable terms.
In addition, the applicant must:
• Be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree In any discipline from a recognized university;
• Have graduated in the year 2016 or later; and
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications.
• Be aged between 18-35 years
Duration of Fellowship:
Twelve (12) months.
Fellowship Certificate
A Fellowship Certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the Programme.

Applicants will be required to submit a five hundred (500) word essay on why they consider themselves a suitable candidate for the programme.
