The public service commission in collaboration with Emerging Public Leaders-USA and Emerging leaders Foundation-Africa invites application s from suitable qualified public officers , for a one year leadership program.
The programme aims to develop young public officers into effective leaders through a variety of approaches including residential training , experiential training , coaching, mentorship , job shadowing , conferences and assignment, among others.  PSC and its collaborating panners will cater for all expenses.

Kenya Public Service Emerging Leaders Fellowship Programme 2023 Application (Cohort 2) – Requirements for Consideration
For appointment as a Public Service Fellow, the applicant must have served as a full time employee of the Government, serving in any State Department or the Judicial Service Commission for less than three (3) years on permanent and pensionable terms.. addition, the applicant must
- Â Be in possession of a Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university;
- Have graduated in the year 2016 or late, and
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications
- The applicant must be aged 18-35 years.
Duration of Fellowship
Twelve (12) months.
Fellowship Certificate
A Fellowship Certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the Programme.
