KNUST Opens Course Registration Portal for all Students

Course registration portal has been opened for all students to register their courses before midnight of Friday, March 11, 2022, irrespective of payment of fees. NB; Failure to pay fees by March 24, 2022 will mean automatic deferral.

The Academic Board has approved the policy on Fee Credit and Debt Management for use by the University effective the 2021/2022 Academic Year.

Following the approval of the Policy, the following steps have been taken to ensure compliance:

1. The course registration portal has been opened for ALL STUDENTS to register their courses before midnight of Friday, March 11, 2022, irrespective of payment of fees or will be deemed to have abandoned the programme.

2. As per section 2.3 of the policy, all first years are required to pay their fees in FULL or risk forfeiting their admission. For all continuing students a minimum of 70% (i.e 50% of tuition and 1000/0 of all other charges), will be required. Failure to do so within Four (4) Weeks of reopening will lead to automatic deferral.

3. All students therefore have up till Thursday, March 24, 2022 to pay their fees as per section 2.3 of the Policy or will be automatically deferred.
