Komatsu South Africa has a vaccancy for a Recruitment Specialist to join their growing Human Resources department. The successful canddidate should have a passion for recruitment, have at least 6 years experience in administrating and facilitating the complete recruitment function, a NQF level 7 aligned qualification and good proficiency with MS Office products.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology or related field (NQF 7)

Minimum Experience

  • 6 years comprehensive experience of recruitment and selection processes
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules (an advantage)

Job Specifications

  • Collaborating with leadership on recruitment strategy & plan
  • Stays abreast of allocated planned recruitment events & deadlines
  • Consulting headcount business plan for alignment
  • Confirming & ratifying process standards & protocols
  • Complies with policies, procedures & legislation in the recruitment process
  • Maintaining confidentiality of information (POPIA)
  • Coaches, trains & guides subordinate staff
  • Executing training for the organisation w r t recruitment policy & procedures
  • Determining priorities of the recruitment team
  • Arranging and conducts interviews for selected categories of staff
  • Monitors the quality & integrity of the recruitment and selection process
  • Ratifying the contents of advertisements
  • Monitoring the quality of candidates on shortlists
  • Monitoring recruitment process compliance
  • Collaborating with external service providers
  • Initiates system for onboarding and arranges for administrative support for onboarding events
  • Maintaining data & records of employees & events
  • Maintaining metrics
  • Initiates & participates in special recruitment projects
  • Monitors & facilitates a smooth functioning Recruitment process
  • Monitors the integrity of data in systems
  • Participates in post-recruitment reviews
