In line with the avowed determination of the present administration to harness the greatest resource of our country- the youths-for socio-economic empowerment and employability in this millennial period, the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development and the Federal Ministry of Industry Trade and Investment through its Nigeria Online Youth Assembly (NOYA) initiative is giving out loans to Youths.
