According to reports, the Npower management is planning to pay the three-month back pay to the recipients of Npower batch C stream 2 very soon. The funds for 7500 NSIP independent monitors’ stipends had just cleared.

The federal government’s N20,000 cash grants social investment initiative to aid vulnerable communities was relaunched on January 17th, 2023 in Anambra State.

Sadiya Umar Faroug, Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development, led the drill with the assistance of Mr. Charles Anaelo, Deputy Director of the Ministry.

Payment has resumed for certain NSIP programme components, which bodes well for the recipients of Npower’s delayed payments.

The Npower management team recently announced that their agents would be contacting all of the Npower batch C1 recipients with a Paused Account to resolve any outstanding concerns, and requested that those individuals return their agents’ calls.
