Who are the National Social Investment Programme (NSIP) Focal Persons: NSIP Focal persons are appointed by the State Governors to oversee the Social Investment Programmes of the Federal Government namely: Npower, GEEPMarketMoni, Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT), and the NHGSFP.

Though the Npower Programme is an initiative of the Federal Government, the State Government plays a vital role in the success of the Npower Programme.
