NSFAF/ MOSCOW INSTITUTE OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS ONE (1) SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY
The Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund is inviting Namibian applicants to apply for
the scholarships offered by the Federal Budget of the Russian Federation aimed for
Undergraduate studies at the Moscow Institute of International Relations.
Courses in International Relations, Foreign Regional Studies, Economics, Law, Journalism and Advertising and Public Relations for the 2023/2024 academic year, offered in the Russian Language.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:
• Be a Namibian citizen
• Applicants must have excellent Grade 11/12 results, a minimum of 30 points in 5 subjects
including a symbol E or better in English.
RESTRICTIONS
• Existing NSFAF Beneficiaries may not apply.
• Applicants may not hold a qualification at the same level as the intended program of study.
APPLICATION PROCESS

• Submit your completed application form together with required certified copies at the
reception of:
• NSFAF Head Office, 746 Corner of Ametis and Eros Streets, Windhoek; or mail them to:
NSFAF, P. O. Box 23053, Windhoek, Namibia (All applications are to reach NSFAF
before the closing date of 26 April 2023).
• Envelopes must be clearly marked with the name of the scholarship you are applying
for.
