NSFAS Wallet Password Reset

NSFAS UPDATES – As students navigate life at tertiary education institutions, not having access to money for essentials could take their focus away from education.

The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) provides bursaries to poor and working-class students who choose to study at a public university or Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) college.

NSFAS received more than 900 000 applications for funding in 2022.

The NSFAS bursary covers tuition costs, accommodation costs, food, transport, textbook allowance and learning material costs.

A NSFAS Wallet is where allowances are located for students. Students receive allowances directly from the scheme to withdraw or spend at any trader that’s partnered with the organisation.

Not having access to your Nsfas wallet could leave you without your allowance and access to the money needed to buy essentials.

Here’s How To Reset Your Nsfas Wallet Password…

Option 1: Log onto the NSFAS website and request a new password

Option 2: call the call centre on 08000 67327 and request a new password.

The call centre operates from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 17:00.

NSFAS said that these are the only methods to reset NSFAS wallet passwords.
