Pakistan Prime Ministers Loan Scheme to be more Accessible
Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Youth Affairs Shaza Fatima along with State Bank of Pakistan Deputy Governor Seema Kamil participated in a virtual review meeting with representatives of all partner banks and other stakeholders.
The objective of the meeting was to simplify and streamline the loan process for young startups and existing businesses in Pakistan.
During the meeting, the performance of the loan scheme was discussed, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement and simplifying the loan process for entrepreneurs.
The delegates discussed the challenges faced by young start-ups and entrepreneurs in accessing finance and discussed ways to facilitate their access to credit.
Special Assistant Shaza Fatima Khawaja emphasized the importance of Prime Minister’s Loan Scheme in helping young entrepreneurs and promoting economic development in Pakistan.
He said that the government is committed to ensure that the loan scheme is accessible and effective so that the youth can benefit from it and contribute to the development of the country.
The meeting expressed the commitment of all stakeholders to work together to simplify the loan process and improve access to credit for young start-ups and businesses.
