Resetting your own Password on sayouth mobi site
DESCRIPTION:
This card gives you the steps needed to allow the work seeker to navigate the mobi site to reset their passwords themselves
PROBING QUESTIONS:
Do you have the same email or phone number as when you registered?
Or have you set-up your security questions?

Process to Follow:

Click “Forgot Password” on sa youth login page

If you has already added your new information (including the security questions) you will be able to reset it in 3 ways: with SMS, with email or using their security question.

If not, you will only be able to reset using your phone number or email address.

Resetting via SMS or email sends you a unique URL & NOT a temporary password.

The unique URL will take up to an hour to arrive.

When the you click on the unique link you will immediately be able to reset their password.

You will then be able to login with their new password.

STEP 2
Resetting via SMS or email sends you a unique URL & NOT a temporary password.
If you do not have the same phone number or email that you registered with you can not reset their password yourself and must phone customer support.
STEP 3
When you click on the unique link they will immediately be able to reset their password. You will then be able to login with your new password.
STEP 2b
If you login with their security question you will need to provide your username or ID number and answer your security question to reset your password.
