As the rate of unemployment begin to rise in South Africa, the Government has initiated so many programmes and employment opportunities to help curb the situation. Therefore, come 2022 we will be taking our time to outline these different platforms or networks to enable those yet to register do so and those already registered find their way as to be gainfully employed.
These platforms will allow unemployed South Africans access a wider selection of learning and earning opportunities. Now lets dive in…
First on our list is SA Youth Network. A national network brought to by the Presidential Youth Employment Intervention offering young South Africans access to learning and earning opportunities in conjunction with a selection of partners such as Harambee. It is a 100% free opportunity for young unemployed South Africans to help you connect to work through a range of services and work readiness training opportunities.

Second on our list is Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator. Third on our list is Tshepo 1Million is the Gauteng Provincial Government’s youth empowerment initiative, designed to help young South African people with any education level from Grade 10 to graduates, to access learning and earning opportunities.

Fourth on the list is NYDA. To enhance the contribution of young people in the economy through targeted and integrated programmes.
