SASSA r350 Grant latest News Today 20th April 2022
Payment of Social Relief Of Distress (SRD) grant for April continues today. Millions of beneficiaries of the R350 Social Relief of Distress (SRD) grant will collect their April grant allocations from the South African Post Office (SAPO) today.
The last time the grant was distributed at a Post Office branch was on Thursday 14 April 2022. This is because South Africa celebrated a long weekend where both Friday 15 April and Monday 18 April were public holidays.
The Post Office does not distribute the R350 grant during weekends or on public holidays. This means that there will only be three R350 payment dates this week excluding yesterday at the Post Office.

20 April: ID numbers ending in 083 & 088
21 April: ID numbers ending in 084 & 089
22 April: ID numbers ending in 080 & 085
It was recently revealed that hundreds of thousands of R350 grant recipients did not collect their money.
