SASSA Social Grants Schedule For March 2023
Millions of poor South Africans rely on monthly social grant payments from the South African Social Security Agency (Sassa) to get by.

- Child Support Grant: Monday 06 March 2023
There is a plethora of options for recipients to cash in their social award. Among these options is having the grant money deposited directly into their Sassa Gold card at a Post Bank. Grants can also be redeemed at the following retail locations.

To further ease recipients’ minds, Sassa clarifies that they are under no need to spend the entirety of their grant on the day it is disbursed. That’s because after being processed by Sassa, recipients won’t have access to their money until they withdraw it.
Yet Western Cape government officials have recently expressed concern about Sassa’s operational capacity.
