Seriti Coal Scholarship and Bursary 2022 for Young South Africans
Seriti Coal is offering to students who wish to pursue their tertiary education at an accredited university. The scholarship covers the complete payment of tuition expenses, accommodation costs, daily meals, allowance for prescribed study materials, and a functioning laptop. You will need to pass your academic studies and show progress in order to maintain the scholarship. Seriti Coal is not required to provide vacation work, and there is no compulsory work back obligation upon graduation.
Minimum Requirements
● You must be pursuing studies towards a legitimate Degree or Diploma in any study field and in any academic year at an accredited higher education training institution (HET)
● Alternatively, you must have been in Matric the previous year and plan to further your studies or proceed with your 2022 academic study year at a HET
There will be a preference towards students who are based in the scholarship’s communities. Academic progress and performance will be considered during the selection phase.

All personal information you provide should be correct and relevant to your current situation. Anyone discovered to have submitted false or misleading information will be disqualified.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
● A legitimate South African Identity Document
● A copy of your Matric certificate/academic track record or results slip
● Your most updated CV
● A letter of registration to the HET
● Legitimate proof of residence (a copy of your municipal water and lights, or alternatively, an official letter from your Council member or Chief).
All the above-mentioned documents must be included in your application submission. Incomplete submissions will automatically be disqualified.
By submitting your application, you grant permission to the selection committee to use your personal information for the purpose of the application. You must submit your application using the above-mentioned website. The selection committee will reject materials submitted by other methods, such as personal delivery or fax.
The selection committee will not accept applications that are incomplete. Applicants who submit their applications after the deadline will be disqualified. All entries received after the deadline, regardless of content, will be rejected without further review. Announcements will only be made to shortlisted candidates. If you do not hear back from the selection committee within 30 days past the closing date, Seriti Coal regrets to inform you that you have not been chosen for the scholarship.
