MEANING AND WHAT MUST THE CLIENT DO
Meaning – Applicant completed the re- application process and will be verified each month for the SRD R350 grant.
What must client do – Check their verification and payment status each month on the website. https://srd.sassa.gov.za
Bank details pending
Meaning – An application or reapplication was received, but no banking details or preferences were received.
What must client do – The client should submit their banking details via the website. http://srd.sassa.gov.za
Meaning – No re-application has been received.
What must client do – The client should submit an application via the website: https://srd.sassa.gov.za
Period (e.g. April) Pending
Meaning – Re-application was successfully received. Verification of the application for the period is pending.
What to do – The client should check back the status later in the month for an update. https://srd.sassa.gov.za/sc19/status
Period (e.g. April) Approved
Meaning – The application was approved for the period.
What to do – The client should check the pay day field for an indication of when they will receive their money. If no pay day value is provided, no payment has been processed as yet.
Period (e.g. April) Declined
Meaning – The application was declined for the period and the reason is provided.
What to do- The client can submit a request for reconsideration via the website, should they feel that the reason is invalid. https://Srd.dsd.gov.za
The grant is cancelled.
