Evaluate Your Teacher Performance Appraisal new TSC TPAD 2 System
In todays TSC Latest News- Do you have a question about how to move on with your evaluation after signing up for the updated Teacher Performance Appraisal and Development (TPAD 2) system? Here’s a how-to for all TSC-employed educators to use when evaluating their own performance and that of their subordinates.
Your first step after logging into your brand new TPAD-2 account is to evaluate yourself. It’s easy to accomplish by following the procedures outlined below.
Enter your login information at https://tpad2.tsc.go.ke/auth/login to access your account. First, click “Login,” then “TSC Number,” “ID Number,” and “Password.” If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily change it by using the “Forgot password” link.
After you log in successfully, you’ll be taken to your dashboard. Your current and completed tasks are summarized here.
- Simply select the “Menu” option to begin the evaluation process (at the top left corner; will be shown as three parallel lines if using a mobile phone). Choose ‘Self appraisals,’ then’self assessment,’ and so on.
- Select “Create new evaluation” now. In the Eligibility section, please specify the Year, Term, and “on duty.”
All of the evaluations you make will be saved in your “My evaluations” section. - Check the box labeled “continue to appraisal” to move on to the next step of the appraisal process.
- Keep track of the Quality of Instruction, Student Achievement, and Class Attendance. Select the desired options (standards; one at a time), click “Update standard,” and then select the “choose standard” tab in the following box.
- Select Primary & Secondary Schools or SNE (Special Needs Education) Primary & Secondary Schools from the “Select Standards by Institution” drop-down menu.
- To continue to the default, select it. To change the ratings or information for any of the criteria, select the ‘new rating’ tab in the ‘action’ column.
- If everything looks good, hit the “view/submit for Appraisal” button.
