THUTHUKA Skills Development Drivers License Programme 2023 (Form pdf)
The Department of Transport in KwaZulu-Natal invites applications from unemployed people across all age groups to participate in this THUTHUKA skills development programme.
Sipho Hlomuka, the provincial MEC for transportation, community safety, and liaison, introduced the Thuthuka Driving Skills Program as part of the province’s Transportation Month campaign. This program will help more than 3000 people of all ages obtain free learner’s permits and driver’s licenses in the Codes 08 to 14.

Who can Apply for THUTHUKA Skills Development
- Citizens of KwaZulu-Natal
- Must have no criminal record
- Must have basic literacy skills

- 3000 participants are targeted
