TSC Payslip Online – Login And Download Payslip
TSC Payslip was made with simplicity in mind. As long as they have access credentials, teachers can log in and do whatever they choose.
TSC Online Payslip Registration Instructions
The first step toward accessing your Payslip online is registering for the service. Although registration could previously be completed online, you will now need to stop by your county’s TSC office in person. Your TSC number and Password are all you need to access your T-Pay account.
After registering, you will be able to access your T-Pay account and download your Payslip and p9 forms. Teachers can use the system to transmit their most recent pay stub to 30 different recipients, including banks, SACCOs, and others, making it easier for them to get a loan.
Once logged in, you can proceed with the following.
- View your payslip
- Get your P9 form for filling KRA returns
- Send your payslip to your financial institution
- View your third-party transaction
- Chane your payslip password
How to reset the password
- Use the “Forgot Password” option that appears on the login page to reset your password
- Fill in the password resetting form.

How To Download Your Pay Slip
Once You have logged into the new T-Pay system, you may need to keep a copy of your payslip. Simply, click on the latest payslip to see the recent payslips.
To save a copy of your payslip, take a screenshot of the payslip. Similarly, click the print tab at the bottom of your payslip.
You can also search for previous payslips by using the search ‘T-pay menu items’ tab. Then click the view payslips sub-Menu.
