University of limpopo Postpone Assesement (Mandatory test) Schedule
The Executive Committee of Senate (ECS), in its meeting of 03 March 2022, reflected on the registrations for 2022 academic year, the commencement of classes, the progress made with respect to all academic activities, and concluded as follows:
1. The 2022 Registrations have proceeded exceedingly well and the role played by all stakeholders is highly appreciated. It is this collective effort that has enabled us to be where we are.
2. The commencement of classes for both First Time Entering Students and the Returning Students has also progressed as planned. Credit must go to all students and academics for the excellent start to the 2022 Academic Year.
3. Whilst the above achievements are acknowledged, in the spirit of NOT LEAVING ANY STUDENT BEHIND and that ALL students are fully settled in their academic activities, ECS resolved that ALL mandatory tests are postponed until the beginning of April 2022. Faculties will be issuing revised mandatory tests schedules to ensure that all students and academic staff are clearly informed of the new dates.
ALL other academic activities are continuing as scheduled. In implementing this resolution, care should be given to programmes where professional bodies might dictate otherwise.
