Update on Lagos NSIP Independent Monitor Engagement Letter, Device Collection Venue and Date
NSIP Independent Monitor – Following your training as an Independent Monitor to supervise the NSIP activities, you are invited for a follow up programme to collect your engagement letter and monitoring device.
You are requested to bring along the following:
1. Two passport photographs
2. And A means of identification to the venue, eg (National ID/ Drivers license/permanent voters card etc)
Details of the Programme for Lagos State are as follows:
Venue: 1, Ostra Close, Opposite NNPC Gas Plant, Off Otunba Jobifele Way, CBD Alausa, Ikeja Lagos State.
