Where can I find IEB Past Exam Papers?

Where can I find IEB Past Exam Papers?

Due to the increasing number of pupils taking Independent Examinations Board (IEB) exams, which are used by private schools following the IEB curriculum in South Africa. Fortunately for them, the IEB has made available to the public previous examination papers.

Students get access to past IEB NSC exams papers and marking guidelines for the past five years.

Please keep in mind that the marking requirements are just that: requirements. In other words, they don’t capture the complete spectrum of correct and partially correct responses that were considered during grading. Also Read: IEB National Senior Certificate 2022 Results Released

Previous IEB Papers can be contacted via email to request examination papers and instructions from previous years.

To view the IEB’s archive of past papers and marking rubrics, please go here.

The Document Library is a repository of IEB information for all IEB primary and high schools. These resources include copies of past assessments and subject assessment guidelines. Some of these resources are not available to the public.

If you belong to an independent school that is part of the IEB and need access to the Library, please discuss this with your Principal.
